Marketing for Electroplating Companies
A digital strategy tailored to this industry.
Case study · Project delivered
Restructuring the digital presence of an electroplating and surface treatment company: landing page, search architecture, corporate website, technical content, and digital materials.

The metrics in this case study were provided by Artec, with their source and reporting period stated.
Artec Galvanotécnica is a B2B company specializing in electroplating and surface treatment. Its customers are other industrial companies that send parts for treatment according to project-specific technical requirements.
In this market, purchasing decisions are driven by technical criteria: process, coating thickness, finish, standard, and corrosion test performance. Buyers need to confirm suitability before requesting a quote, and increasingly do so before contacting sales.
The initial assessment identified a common industry mismatch: established technical capabilities and a digital presence that failed to communicate them.
The project was therefore defined as a complete restructure: not just a standalone new website, but the entire digital foundation.
The sequence was designed to generate results before the full project was complete:
The landing page is live and receiving campaign traffic, Google Ads is running with conversion tracking configured, and the corporate website has been developed, awaiting the launch timing defined by the company.
The operation also gained a custom-built CRM for Artec's sales funnel. Everything arriving through the sales email, landing page form, and WhatsApp button enters the system with its source tracked, from first contact to quote and production order. Those records provide the metrics published in this case study.
Hands-on experience in an industrial environment shaped the method we use today: start by understanding production, write with technical validation, structure the website around how the market searches, and measure what reaches sales.
It is also why Engrenza serves industrial and B2B companies. Industrial marketing requires understanding that purchasing decisions are technical, collective, and slow, and that a digital presence should reduce uncertainty rather than simply build an audience.
That journey, from the factory floor to the agency, is described in About Engrenza.

Metrics
Figures provided by Artec. Every metric states its source: without a source and reporting period, a metric has no meaning.
Figures extracted from Artec's CRM and verified for August 3–28, 2026. Inquiries include Google Ads and organic search: about 65 came from ads and the rest from SEO. Of the 32 quotes issued, 7 moved into production; some others remain under negotiation and may become orders in the coming months. No revenue or turnover figures are published.
Testimonial
For us, Vitor and Engrenza's main differentiator is understanding the process before trying to sell it.
For several years, Artec worked with a marketing company. At first, everything was new to us and the results were positive. Over time, however, we noticed a decline in our Google search positioning and felt we needed to change how we approached the company's marketing.
In 2025, Vitor joined the Artec team and became directly involved in our marketing. Gradually, he deepened his knowledge of industrial marketing and took on SEO, Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, visual identity, technical content, page development, and other digital initiatives.
The key difference was combining marketing with an understanding of our reality. Vitor came to understand not only our electroplating processes but also who buys these services, how those companies search for suppliers, and what truly matters to industrial customers.
It was no longer simply about doing marketing for an industrial company. It was about knowing the factory floor, talking to the people who understand the process, and turning that technical knowledge into communication and business opportunities.
That hands-on experience at Artec, his first major industrial marketing case study, led to Engrenza: a company created to bring other industrial businesses B2B marketing from someone who understands the reality of the factory floor firsthand.
