How we handle personal data collected on this website under Brazil's General Data Protection Law.

Who processes your data

This policy describes how Engrenza Marketing Industrial processes personal data collected on this website under Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

For any matter concerning personal data, contact contato@engrenza.com.br.

Last updated: Sep 3, 2026.

What data we collect

We collect only data you voluntarily provide:

  • Contact form — name, company, job title, business email, WhatsApp, company website, industry, service of interest, and message.
  • Direct contact — information you include when writing to us by email or WhatsApp.

We do not request sensitive data, identification documents, banking information, or financial details through this website. A form requesting such information is not an official Engrenza channel.

How we use it

  • To respond to your contact or assessment request.
  • To prepare commercial proposals when requested.
  • To communicate about contracted projects.

The applicable legal bases are consent when submitting the form and preliminary procedures related to a contract, under Article 7 of the LGPD.

We do not use your data for targeted advertising or add you to mailing lists without an express request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Sharing is limited to providers necessary for operations, such as email, hosting, and, where applicable, form processing, and only to the extent needed for the stated purpose. Data may also be shared to meet legal obligations or orders from competent authorities.

How long we retain it

Contact data that does not lead to a business relationship is retained as needed to follow up on the request and then deleted.

Data relating to contracted projects is retained for the contract term and the legally required period for business and tax records.

You may request deletion at any time, subject to mandatory legal retention requirements.

Your rights

As a data subject, the LGPD provides the following rights:

  • Confirmation of processing and access to your data.
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
  • Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or improperly processed data.
  • Portability to another provider upon request.
  • Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent.
  • Information about sharing and the option to withhold consent.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contato@engrenza.com.br. We respond as promptly as possible and within applicable legal deadlines.

Security and updates

We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or improper disclosure, including encrypted transmission and restricted access.

No system is completely secure. If an incident poses relevant risks to data subjects, we will notify those affected and Brazil's National Data Protection Authority as required by law.

This policy may be updated. The latest revision date appears at the beginning of the document. Questions: contato@engrenza.com.br.
