About

We turn industrial excellence into a digital presence.

Engrenza grew from hands-on experience in industry and the gap between a manufacturer's technical capability and what its digital presence demonstrates.

My industrial marketing story developed inside a manufacturing company, working closely with production processes, deadlines, and the realities of businesses that sell to other businesses.

At Artec Galvanotécnica, this experience connected marketing to the factory floor and led to Engrenza. Today, I personally lead every project, from assessment to optimization, working directly with each client.

How Engrenza began

Engrenza grew from my practical experience at Artec Galvanotécnica, an electroplating and surface treatment company. It is a B2B environment where purchasing depends on technical specifications and confidence in a supplier's delivery capability.

In 2025, I became directly involved in Artec Galvanotécnica's marketing. The company had worked with a marketing provider and, after noticing a decline in Google search visibility, wanted a different approach to its digital presence.

I gradually deepened my knowledge of industrial marketing and took on SEO, Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, visual identity, technical content, and page development. This work progressed alongside learning about electroplating processes and what Artec delivers to its customers.

Being close to the factory floor and speaking with people who know the processes also helped me understand buyers: how they search for suppliers and what information they consider. That understanding began guiding communication and business opportunity generation.

This experience revealed the gap between an industrial company's technical capability and what its digital presence demonstrates. Established processes, qualified teams, and specialist services need to appear clearly on the website, in searches, and in content reaching buyers. Engrenza grew from this practical experience, with Artec as its first major industrial marketing case study.

The problem is rarely the company itself. It is the distance between what the company can do and what the market can see.

Engrenza exists to close that gap: turning industrial excellence into a digital presence with structure, accurate technical language, and a focus on business opportunities.

Why we chose this niche

Working exclusively with manufacturers and B2B companies is a commitment to depth. Industrial marketing requires understanding things a paid-media course does not cover:

  • Purchasing decisions are collective and involve engineering, procurement, and leadership.
  • Low search volume means each click requires greater care, rather than indicating a weak channel.
  • An incorrect technical claim on a website becomes a concrete business problem.
  • The cycle from first search to order can take months.
  • The metric that matters is the quote request, rather than reach.

Serving fewer sectors lets us develop a deeper understanding of industrial purchasing and technical communication.

How we work

Three principles guide execution in every project:

Structure before aesthetics. Search architecture is defined before design. A beautiful website with the wrong structure needs rebuilding; a well-structured website can evolve visually without losing what it has built.

Technical validation is required. Nothing about processes, capacity, or standards is published without review by the company's responsible technical professional. The client holds the expertise; our role is to communicate it.

Measurement from the start. Tracking is configured before campaigns so each opportunity's source is known and investment decisions are based on data.

Transparency about our current stage

Engrenza is in its early stage of operation. We do not have decades in business, a large client portfolio, or awards to display, and we will not invent them.

Our credibility comes from a defined specialization, an explicit method, technical knowledge of industrial environments, the quality of our work, and the project delivered for Artec Galvanotécnica , with published metrics and a testimonial.

As consolidated, verifiable results become available, we will publish them with the context needed for accurate interpretation. Until then, the website reflects what exists.

Principles

What supports our work

B2B expertise

Industrial decisions involve more people, more technical criteria, and longer timelines than retail. The strategy is built accordingly.

Marketing connected to sales

The goal is to generate quote requests your sales team can pursue.

SEO built into the structure

Search architecture is defined before the website exists, rather than adjusted after launch.

Technical communication

Processes, standards, and capabilities translated into clear information for buyers, engineers, and designers.

Ownership of what we build

Your advertising account, website, and campaign data are held by your company. If the relationship ends, the history stays with you.

An integrated view

Website, organic search, paid media, and content working as one system.

Commitments

What we commit to and what we do not promise.

Hiring the wrong marketing partner costs an industrial company months of budget, a website that needs rebuilding, and a sales team waiting for inquiries that never arrive. We therefore make our responsibilities explicit, along with the areas where no honest agency can guarantee results.

We would rather lose a contract at the proposal stage than lose your trust in the third month.

We commit to

  • Scope, timelines, and deliverables defined in writing before work starts
  • Every technical claim reviewed by your team before publication
  • Tracking configured before any media spend
  • Advertising accounts and data owned by your company
  • Reports showing how many opportunities arrived and their sources
  • Direct contact with the people doing the work

We do not promise

  • First place on Google: no one controls its algorithm
  • A guaranteed number of inquiries each month
  • Results within a fixed timeframe regardless of industry
  • That paid media will compensate for a website that does not explain the service
  • That marketing will solve slow responses to quote requests
  • That a channel will work with a budget incompatible with its market

Our method

How a project works

01 —

Assess

Understand the company, market, competitors, and purchasing decision-makers before choosing any channel.

02 —

Build

Identify the most promising channels and build the assets: website, service pages, landing pages, campaigns, and content.

03 —

Connect

Actively bring qualified buyers and companies to the digital presence we have built through organic and paid search.

04 —

Improve

Measure conversions and opportunity sources, continuously adjusting campaigns, pages, and content based on the data.
